3 Hour Cancellation Policy
A member of The Glo that has made an appointment for a class may cancel or change the time of the class provided that a minimum of 3-hours’ notice is given. Members can make these changes via your MindBody account, or by contacting the studio directly. Members will be charged $12 on any late cancellations or no-show appointments.
Payment for classes is required to be made by the member on or before the date of the class. If a member has no class inventory, charges for late cancellations or no show appointments for classes will be charged to the member’s credit card on file with The Glo under the membership agreement. In addition, charges for classes which are used by a member but not otherwise paid for will be charged to the member’s credit card on the day the class is used.
The Glo may offer discounts on classes to members who purchase a class package. These discounts only apply to the number of sessions purchased as a group. Any further or additional classes will be charged at the regular rate then in effect for individual classes.
All sales are final. Class packages expire six months from the date of purchase. Private session purchases must be used within 30 days of purchase.
